This is a very well constructed power washer that has excellent pressure for an electric model. Best I have owned by far!

They always picture the hose on the reel with the nozzle attached – IT CAN’T BE DONE! The hose MUST be detached from the nozzle AND the pressure washer before it can be rolled on the reel. At first glance it looks like the hose and nozzle just pull out from the reel and away you go – NOT!
The electric cord winds around the back of the washer and covers up the pressure hose attachment (which is in an awkward place to start with). You have to unwind the whole electric cord in order to connect the pressure hose – duh!
The wand/lance is the same as the AR112 and yet on the AR112 it fits tightly into the handle and does not rotate. On this model the wand/lance doesn’t fit the handle properly and rotates in the handle even when fully installed. You’re never quite sure its locked in and not going to come flying out into your car.
The wand/lance rotation makes it a pain in the butt when you try to adjust the nozzle since the wand/lance rotates instead of the nozzle adjuster – WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? I’m hoping I have a bad handle but dealing with AR customer support is proving to be a little irritating – I’m still trying to remove the smoke from my butt from my last call! Monday I’ll start call from the top down!
This unit puts out quite a bit more vibration through the hose and handle than my AR112 – probably due to the extra 300# of pressure. It gets uncomfortable enough to force you to re-grip somewhere else.
It cleans well but as I said has to be totally dismantled for storage: hose, handle, wand/lance, etc.
I will probably sell this unit and continue to use my AR112 which is a great little unit.
AR Customer Support no help – top or bottom. The poor handle design is just that – poor handle design. Returned unit to seller and gladly paid 20% re-stocking fee to be rid of it!

Pretty much what I expected from a consumer grade power washer. The hose connectors are very flimsy and I doubt the PSI rating is within 500 PSI of it’s claimed ratings. Had a Karcher pressure washer before with a rating of 1200 PSI and it is about the same.

Nice. A little leaky but even that is better than the usual brand. You know, the yellow one. Been through at least two of those. I have high hopes for this one. Plenty of power.

This power washer purchase was a very good purchase does all outside work that I need to have done very high water pressure device that will surely please the owner of this great power washer. I would surely reccommend this product to others. Thanks
